April was 6 months ago on the Sun cycle. Opposite of a Spring rise is a Fall fall. These 4th quarter revenues won't be in a filing 'til the Spring 10K, when we get the annual rise (as small or large as that may be). That's when it'll be reported money received, not just reported news in anticipation of receiving the money, with the contract money amount not known publicly. JMHO.
Mt bigsky, one reason for that MAY POSSIBLY be that there were dollar amounts in the PR, although, i'd bet that 5 aerostats with the other items cotracted/purchased, described in yesterday's PR, match or beat the $600K dollar amount for those 2 in April.
Another reason is, crooked MM's. If they don't "allow" the s/p to move up, then it very likely will NOT move up.
