I agree... generally. JNSH having been a smaller company (up to this point) I can understand why they didn't want to pay $10k-ish a year (I have heard that number, but have never tried to verify it) for a TA to release share structure to callers. That said, I fully expect that to change going forward.
Remember, JNSH is a real hardworking profitable company... not a share seller. Not much of a ROI for them to pay that fee.
Skepticism is good... lots of dirty companies down here. My favorite are all of the "ungagged" companies who suddenly gag the TA and dump a ton of shares.
JNSH has been gagged forever, and has been quite open with their share structure. No games have been played in the past.
It's just company policy sometimes...
