Sandy in his infinite senile wisdom authorized both. Not paying attention at the wheel. He hired one of those "create a corporation" corporations to do the paperwork. They saw 1 billion AS and took that number as OS. I brought that to his attention and he told the "create a corporation" corporation people to fix it. They did. They used the default in the State of Wyoming which is UNLIMITED.

Now we are holding his feet to the fire for correct numbers and he is once again going to tell them the numbers to get it right.

Funny thing is 99% of the corps in the State of Wyoming are UNLIMITED.


Anyway, I have all this in back and forth emails and phone conversations with Sandy.
