What is going to stop Delisting?

If someone thinks a NASDAQ listing is a must have - a reverse split would stop delisting ok...but the BEST reason to do a R\S is it cuts down on fees the bank pays their transfer agent every time their stock trades. Its all about efficiency now. The old ways in banking won't cut it anymore.

The bank is out of money and eventually will be shut down.

I can give you 50 million reasons that won't happen.
