I am not bullish on GERS in the immediate future. I have been bullish on the long term potential for many years. Nothing in the short-term has changed, except the expanding litigation that cannot be paid for with current revenue -- that increases the short-term peril. Anyone expecting to make money here in the next several years is mistaken; unless something very unlikely occurs.
