Interoperability is holding and market tone is not. We will what this boom/bust of the situation is. As the stock was steady so far prior and building steady support which provides us with increased optimism going forward. For that PWEI is not done, not by a long shot and expect that it will be able to provide us update with further gain potential or bust.

Agreed... Most respectable brokers do not allow trading after a halt... People won't have the luxury of watching level 2 to sell
