If it turns out that they've filed false info, then so be it, one less stinky pinky to worry about. I've emailed their accountant/legal yesterday, have them clarify the share count, however so far I haven't heard from them and I doubt they'll ever reply.
Bantering about the R/S is not what keeps investors away, what caused the bantering is what keeps investors away.
