We are going to announce a conference call for all shareholders through a Conference Call service. There will be a PR announcing the call and asking shareholders to submit Questions to me for inclusion in the CC. To maximize the value to all, the questions AND answers will be presented to all listeners. There will not be a dialogue, as these type Conference Calls can become unmanageable, too lengthy, and frustrating to shareholders that have not heard their questions answered because of this dialogue format.

You may want to distribute this for shareholders to submit their questions directly to

Hi SBC357, I sent you an email about the CC. Hope you got it. Sorry had to leave out of town to see a friend that came back from Iraq. It was a surprise so I had to take off in a hurry. Anyway, I have been reading your post back and forth with Charleoi and you seem to be doing a lot of DD yourself. Thank you for sharing that on the board. I heard about My2Cents. I was told that he knows alot about the company and he has done his share of DD. I believe he posts in the RB board. We will see what NMKT has in store for us this 2006.
