UBRG consolidates NDR as a subsidiary.
They do this to post the revenues of NDR.
They are permitted to do so because UBRG and Varlos Energy hold 49% and 3%, respectively, of NDR.

The holdings are combined by virtue of a voting agreement between UBRG and Varlos Energy.

Unsurprisingly, Varlos Energy was formed, in Georgia, by Earnest DeLong.
