That's how I take it. Since JCK, the wholesaler has been the pursuer and BRGO(to borrow a term from Smokey and the Bandit), the pursuee. If you listen to the conference call, Berge goes into detail the nature of the meeting(meeting with head of the wholesale company for a one-on-one day plus all of the VPs and such), and at one point says something to the effect of, "We are signing a deal, just not sure for what". Of course anything can happen, but this all tells me that it is more of a "how much" rather than an "if."
