I'll try to check it out and let you know. I'm not even sure if it was Cramer who mentioned it... something was said about MSFT's special dividend in comparison.... Ameritrade's PPS wouldn't drop back as much after divy was paid, etc., etc.

I was in a hurry and didn't pay too much attention at the time.

BTW, it was Cramer. He said in his opinion the stock would prolly only drop about $3.00 after divy is paid.

I'm passing on this one though...how about you?
