Link please. The fiscal year ends Jan. 1st for GZFX. They have 90 days to report 10K. Takes a long time to prep a 10K. Check your data, 10Q for las Q will be published at the same time as the 10K. I have no idea what you are talking about with any sort of 10K published last year 10K. Joe
