The naked which occurred yesterday was a legally reported transaction as the MM did not have the shares. However, the question would be why was he sitting that low on the offer without shares? IMO, it nay well be the signal that the MMs are indeed out of shares and are now unwilling to illegally naked short more due to CDs drying up. The game is simple, sell air shares and drive the Co to Bk or at least the stock to 0001 or no bid as they never have to cover. Once a Co stock is driven so far down in combination with losses, conventional capital is no longer available and the games begin with the likes of Asher and cronies.
