we may be the few people who see it that way LOL. Not sure if the "market" agrees with that. We will see but I am calm and if the stock tanks, I am ready to add.
Yes, the EPS dosent affects and the shares will not hit the market.
No on the first one, yes on the second. The fully diluted EPS will of course be affected with more preferreds out IMO. Just look at the income statement right now and look up the difference between basic and fully diluted EPS, these are the 7 million preferred from Solomon as you know.
