You don't announce an RS and then release news pre-split. Its counter intuitive if you are trying to get the PPS up.

In my limited understanding of such things I cant foresee a situation where this goes to .05 with an OS of 1.5 Billion based on the way the market is responding to any positive news Positron puts out.

Mr. Rooney may succeed in building a cyclotron, but IMO he wont be dragging existing shareholders along. There is a reason he hasn't converted his debenture yet.
