Please stop whining. Can't you give it a rest for even 5 minutes on a day when one of the corporate goals for the year is finally achieved? Today is a milestone. IMO, tox studies are imminent if not already started.

What's the point? The NNVC universe is changing. The NYSE is upgrading them away from the bb. They don't do it on a whim. The NYSE obviously knows more than you and rest of us do at this point. Why not go quiet for awhile and see what happens. If you have difficulty accepting this, then you might want to quietly move out of your position before the rest of us do if your assumptions are correct. You might consider this a high based on your assumptions/accusations so why wait until the rest of us are convinced too, all at once. Get rid of the stress and avoid the lower sales prices if we are all heading for the hills at the same time. Just a thought.
