Are you getting in before or after the next R/S? Before or after the Writ of Mandamus is decided by the Appellate Court the result of which could send the entire MDL litigation back to the beginning, just like these past four years never happened to start over? Before or after the the final adjudication many months to years from now when the court award is collected and can be used to end dilution? Just curious.
