Sure they do - when a company like RFMK ups the A/S anti by 3,000,000,000 shares - first in line gets the gold ring; while the shareholders get left in the DILUTED dust.

Not really. This is a stock trading deal for Ironridge. As previously stated...even by RFMK and Ironridge, (SEC filing) Ironridge, from time to time, buys a block of shares directly from RFMK at a discount of about 50% of the current market pps. These are FREE-TRADING SHARES, and they sell them asap for a profit. The 4's have been reinbersment to a MM via a sale contract. Bet it is VNDM too. (don't have L3 to confirm, but some do around here)

For months there have been a lot of wash trading to keep up the volume and pps as best they can so they can sell into the market.

Cali, this is a pink stock. :-( Not fair, but legal.
