I think that Deep Down Inc was initially incorporated in 1997 and then went public via reverse merger in Dec of 2006. Also of note the earnouts from cft are not 1 percent of gross revenues but some much smaller portion which will probably be closer to 0.

One further comment is the revenue numbers in the presentation are "target" numbers and not "estimates" might be splitting hairs on terms but they always mention that they are not guidance

I'm a big believer in the value of their IP that I don't think is showing at all in the shareprice. In particular, the UTA's and NHU (mobile manufacturing of umbilicals) I think are ideal solutions to a number of large projects in remote locations.
