I can agree in that there are bad apples in many places and that the FDA is not its employees ... though its difficult to separate at times when many are in the dark but know there is more to the story.
I agree that a BP big brother is needed and hopefully a fair deal can be made between parties...though, its a deal that a BP has to come to terms that its probably going to be one of their biggest deals and this is where they also need to make sure they get the word out re: the anti-PS platform
As for Cohen having ties to a fund manager who knows a manager who knows a doctor who has had ties to possibly someone like BMS? I am not sure... time will tell.
Capitol Hill to Mt. Vernon 20 miles or so biking... perfect weather for it today though I stay away from wireless networks. Never know how bad someone wants something like Peregrine has been going through.
Hopefully all can move forward soon because there are many out there that will have a some more valuable time due to the anti-PS platform.
