Yeah, I am wondering about that myself. So, if a retailer like us receives some phantom shares, then stock just gets automatically diluted because now there is an actual shareholder who received shares out of thin air?
Well, think about it… Somebody has sold shares into the market short. Those shares don't even exist but they have the effect of somebody selling shares… Like anybody else selling their "real" shares… The price goes down.
