2) Have not personally spent time at CDEX lab
3) Have not spent time reviewing materials in litigation with Loch Harris
4) Have not personally attended more than one event show.
5) Have not met personally with government agencies.
6) Have not met personally with Baxa Corp.
7) Have not met personally with any current user or tester of Valimed product.
8) Have bought CDEX stock
9) Still have exchange shares in your account.
