-$6.9mm in "cash on hand" or is there really only $4.3mm that management reports? Yes or no?

-Does EOR have a pipeline under construction right now? Yes or no?

-Is there $25mm available on some credit facility? Yes or no?

-Is EOR REALLY "cash flows positive" or have they they spent more than $7mm of their last cash already this year. Yes or no?

-Is EOR down 98% from it's highs?

Let's get the real story out here....which "side" is wrong? It has to be one or the other unless one is willing to drink the EOR Kool-Aid through a garden hose!!
