The bigger question should be "What is the float?". You have the IR saying 12.3M. You have a research company hired by CVSL saying they, all by themselves, control 15M freely-tradeable shares. You have Yahoo saying 63M.
So the amount of shares short is immaterial at this time. But if someone wanted to fake a potential short squeeze (to run up the PPS), now would be the perfect time to do it.
