This part of your statement isn't different then a month ago: " in this case they got the patents and are fighting for the rights that come with those patents. Also they already have steady revenue and still growing. The littigation is a no brainer, so GERS will be a big player in the corn extraction business whether you like it or not." Still they did go down fast.

So what is the difference now? Why is this the final? Isn't a grand finale usually something you don't start from the lowest point you ever been, on your way down?

If you dig deeper, I think you will see where everyone has concerns with the financing with YA Global and the extension until Dec 2013.

Maybe you already have: like I have, and factored that into what you are willing to risk here.
