No story I lived through it FACT.
Ken mislead investor into thinking they would get a .70 stock when they got their BVIG shares and instead not only did he dilute those shares to be now worth next to nothing he changed the deal that enticed people to buy shares in the first place. How can anyone in their right mind call this bait and switch and dilute as being honest is beyond me. Ken Stead is a lying thief.
Again, the Cracker Creek deal will not happen and is just a continuation of trying to get people to hold while he unloads behind the scenes illegally. I do hope the SEC gets off their ass and puts him in jail along with his minions!
