Yes those were the days when I believed all of PM's BS! I was buying the stock back then. Now you see how PM has run this thing in the ground all the way from $5000 per share!!
Actually it never hit anywhere close to $5000 per share.
What you are seeing is all the 2000:1 reverse splits that PM has done over the years to keep selling shares. If you don't understand that stay out of the stock market.
