I can appreciate your concerns. TEVE is unique and has many options available and neither of us know what option will be utilized. With such a tiny outstanding this is very dangerous territory for anyone betting against TEVE, very very dangerous.
Mr. Lenfest could exclude his shares from receiving dividends if he so chose. I am not saying he will do that I am saying he could do that. His options and TEVE's are numerous and pose a real threat to anyone who is short and stuck on stupid. Perhaps that is why NIRE's ask is $10,000.00 per share. Think of the possibilities! Go TEVE!!!
