Your technical analysis of INO has been spot on.
People should be able to come to the board and express their opinions, IF they do so in a reasonable manner.
The value of opinions decrease when the statements are made without a reasoned thought process to support the opinion or instead of a civil debate, things get hostile.
For the most part the discussion has been civil, despite some differences of opinion. I try to respect opinions and statements that are well thought out.
I admit that I too have trouble being respectful of some opinions, usually those that predict and drop in INO's pps without any rationale, technical or otherwise, for the drop. Also those that throw out "pump and dump" without any explanation as to why the PR's and published data do not provide true value to the stock.
