Yeah, aside from the 1,000 other things you, feindaddy and others have posted, this was the largest red flag I saw in a long time with GDSM, nail the coffin IMO--

And then, the current CEO announcing that past financials were wrong, but keeping the folks (Lovito and gang) onboard that filed that "wrong" information. Too funny.....
