Surely there are 30 shareholders who are not insiders and can freely trade, and surely there are 250,000 shares which are not restricted and can freely trade.
The O/S is over 1 M and so I don't see why LEHNQ is not trading on the Pink Sheets - it appears to me to meet the SEC requirements.
