Really we actually think that's what went on? Really? HMM wonder why it was said than it was going into general fund. Seems like if I were a smart business man if my intention was to invest in the 10 million needed I think I might have worked it out so that it was in escrow for a certain period of time to be used for that project only. LOL Can't believe we are trying to even attempt to say these funds were for the goal of raising 10 million. COME ON!
