I don't know where the disconnect for you lies but you are missing something. If you were correct BBDA would be at no bid right now. Sure, we need some clarification, some of which I don't think has been decided yet but will be shared as we approach the transaction time. Depending on the amount of progress for Koma between now and then, some of us may start to look a bit foolish. Life is very good.

Why do you (Whip) even say things like this....if you haven't bought shares yet then you must surely know that this shell (BBDA) is going to shut down and become worthless.

To answer your direct question, I say what is true for me. And second, pending Bebevco in Delaware lists on a higher exchange, BBDA will be shut down.

BW has said so publicly- there are people here who actually think they're going to get shares in the new Co. in "exchange" for their BBDA-

And you can count me among them.

that's NOT what BW said. What you're going to get is the "right" to purchase shares (at "a discount") of the New Co. which will supposedly be listed on a higher exchange.

You should read the clarification BW wrote on facebook...each shareholder of BBDA will get 1.5X value in new stock before BBDA shuts down.

If you're looking to invest in anything remotely associated with this you should wait 'til that deal comes to fruition...in fact pull BW aside and tell him you're interested in that deal.

I am waiting, but for audited fins, which just happens now to coincide with the share exchange and new company, unless he audits BBDA in order to pull it's business into the new company (still up in the air, the mechanics on this).

I'm sure he'll take your $$- no questions asked!

If that is your belief, don't invest. I'm willing to wait as I see no hurry to act. I have no need to influence anyone to buy, sell, or hold, now or ever.

BTW- this is all perfectly legal and BW has been direct in telling everyone his intentions- so know can cry later and say "they didn't know"!

Yes, but your interpretation of those intentions may not be the same as others'. And lying is fraud and illegal.

Unfortunately, but true (stated many times on these boards)- your investment in BBDA will be wiped out- unless you opt into the New Co.'s offering whenever "that" deal happens!

Sorry, but I don't read it that way. I read it the way he clarified it...each shareholder of BBDA will get 1.5X value that they have. You are welcome to interpret as you see fit, but that is in writing and the civil courts can make him pay up...just need one disgruntled shareholder to act as lead plaintiff in a class action, were he to try and stiff shareholders.
