I completely agree with you, Sparks. It's not a question of if but of when we'll see $3+ Banro. Depending on their performance, some time in 2014 sounds doable.

Banro is reporting its Q3 results around Nov 14. This quarter will probably be nothing extraordinary, but Q4 might already be better. However, there's always room for a surprise.
