That's just ax men looking to get shares cheaper by manipulating the view on L2 when you put an ask on or just under those blocks they disappear. This is actually a good sign because it means big smart money is accumulating.

i know i saw that today!! However they couldnt drop it either. I think they may have been fake. Thus holding down the price while trying to buy in with out pushing the market higher.
