This is copied and pasted off the last 10-Q. You wrote 2,403,846 at .04, but the 10-Q shows it was at .06 So I don't know what to tell you.

On April 19, 2012, the Company issued 2,403,846 shares of common stock for $100,000 ($0.06/share).

Apparently a correction needs to be made. It says 2 different things.
