I make a call in & they have been allowing it to process then I pay within 3 days with TD Waterhouse. I did it again as of today.

with etrade after your first deposit clears (about 1-3days), any deposit after that using same bank account is instantly made available to be used for purchases.

at least that how its been working with my etrade account. so id assume its the same for everyone.

I also had a TD account and I can't stand how it takes so long for the funds to transfer and ready to use.

Fidelity. Deposit personal ck to any office and you can use that funds that same day, as soon as you get home.
