I'm not sure BCYP has been hyped much at all. EDVA has done some hype on them, but I haven't seen much elsewhere. The one thing they have going for them that WDDD doesn't is they have two settlements before any markman, one from one of the larger defendants. I would have expected them to at least hold out through markman.
