The significance of the DOJ's "Watershed" event

Alan: Well, let's jump to the obvious. Your stock exploded recently, though from pretty depressed levels, following your "open letter" regarding the DOJ's change in stance last month that you called a "watershed" event that will benefit your company. Why is this so significant, and what does it mean for GrowLife?

Sterling: It is significant for two reasons. First, GrowLife is positioned to benefit greatly from the cannabis related infrastructure build cycle that is already underway in 20 states. The number of states that are participating will likely grow over the next several years to include most of the country. DOJ's position has immediately accelerated many of the commercial projects that we supply because DOJ has now directly reduced the underlying risk to active participation in the industry for both business interest and investors. Second, DOJ's position paper and recent remarks about allowing the industry to engage with traditional financial products allows GrowLife and others to expand the scope of industry activities. All of this is extremely encouraging for GrowLife's core business of today and our opportunities for tomorrow
