That's a fair question as only a couple weeks ago didn't they say they were contracting through 2 different producers and that it would save them a bunch of $$ in fees, which in ownership included leases, maintenance costs, licensing fees, etc.

At that time it seemed everyone was elated to save all these huge fees.
What about these new developments?
Will they have to pony up these fees now?
