I have TDA and received the shares after a few conversations. I actually sold all at a decent gain. Then they pulled the shares back into my account, placed the restrictions and they turned to zero balance, with my total account value shrinking accordingly. I'm thinking there are insiders with a boat load of these divvy shares who are going to pay a promoter to allow them to dump for free cash.... Just my opinion.
