Not true. R/S rarely changes the AS and the preferred shares aren't affected either. The BOD's would have to incorporate the AS into the R/S and they very seldom do that. I have gone through 3 R/S and none of them reduced the AS. In fact, one of them increased the AS. Go check DNA*. The dilution will start all over again. The toxic financing doesn't go away with the reduced shares. Wash, rinse, and repeat. GLTA.
