How are you going to recover anything? What is the value of the assets they actually own? I just saw a 2011 report of their assets. It was in the millions at that time. They lost some land due to missed payments on it. Last reported they were making a small amount of money on the oil being produced. I am also losing more than 10K and there is no recovery in site. They need a million dollars to get anything turned around.
