saskwatch---good post. Incidently, last weeks 5 day avg. weighted price for Neom by my calculations was .308/.31. I've "shot myself in the foot" so many times prediting the finalization of BSDS, my mouth is closed and after buying a few more tomorrow, I will go back into hibernation and await developments.

Saskwatch - where did you hear about releasing non-material news? I don't believe Neom was ever in the habit if releasing non-material news. It appears that there was more non-material news in the PP than I have ever seen in any of their PRs. Frankly, I am rather surprised at what they where willing to say in their PP.
