The current company operated under the ticker of VDSC (PV Enterprises International, Inc.) has never filed anything with the SEC, nor did the company file anything under the last few names when the ticker symbol was VDSC.

The last filing to the SEC was a Form 15 de-registering the stock which was filed on 10/4/2007 when the company was still named Lifestyle Innovations. Inc. and traded as Pink Sheets:LFSI:

NONE of those filings are for VDSC. They are for Lifestyle Innovations...HOW is that relevant to ANYTHING current?
