#3607 RE: FedUpToHere #3605

Actually, nowhere on the BLM site does Orion, Hoff, Auvek or Lowe show up as owning any claims. Supposedly, based on the un-notorized letter on Hoof's website, Bayou Mining signed over 4 of 16 claim blocks, and granted Orion a 50-50 JV on the rest. Each being 160 acres.

But the real problem is that the Bayou Mining and officers listed in that agreement, and shown also on Hoff's site, of Bayou's corp registration, are NOT the names shown on the BLM site as owners. They are shown here, with an address given in Kingman, not far from Oatman.

Anyone smell a rat?

This is typical for this conman. Nothing his says can be proven.

And last, there is NOactive mine on these claims. In fact, it is very likely that nary a shred of exploration or anything has ever been done on them. By anyone, ever.

The company owns exclusive mineral rights on 640 acres (20 Acres per claim X 32 Mines) all of which are listed as "Active" with the BLM. In addition, the land has been locked away in fully paid claims for 30 years.

Your math is fine, but your assumptions are wrong. Placer claims, which is what these four claims in Arizona are, are up to 160 acres each. So, four times 160 = 640 acres.

Lode claims (hardrock) are 20 acres each (actually 20.67 acres). OODH and their promoters may try to fool investors into thinking they have hard rock mine potential ("Tom Reed Trend, Tom Reed Mine", etc.), but it is BS. All they own are Federal mining claims for placer (gravel), with no rights to the underlying bedrock.

I see you posted this on the wrong board...the one just suspended.
Freudian slip? This one needs to be suspended too!

That 's better info than the one I have, as it lists each claim..

And, I think, further proves that Hoff made a deal with the wrong Bayou, as in the one that holds no claims.
