You're right, it's just hard to sit and wait.
They probably want to announce a significant news event, or a collection of news events so that they don't further deteriorate the share price with "Fluff."
US Patent, EPA approval, Belleville official Data and some contracts .........All announced at once will provide a pop in the price.
