An initial glance at BBBI tells me it's a solid investment. The bank has been growing in assets and the pps of 5.10 is quite low compared to it's book value of just over seven bucks. There is also not nary a cent of TARP owed. If bought now, BBBI should put a big smile on an investor's face by the end of the year.
