Surprised we have not heard from WDDD as to pushing the judge to move it up. Afterall, it is a mute point now and Activision
should just bend over. Unless the games all these people are not 3D, whats the point of fighting it. We all know that the atty's, in this case do nothing but win and work on the basis of a Win only.

I think if Celtic were hear this would be another .10 higher just based on him pushing it in all the rooms. :( Well, that is if he wanted it to go up at this point. :)
