Great, I have my whole family taking it. My 17 year old had both ear drums break from an infection in her head. Antibiotics did nothing during 3 weeks. I stopped everything else and put her on Proalgazyme and the ears cleared up in a week. Placebo affect? All I can tell you is last may they broke and it took 2 months to clear it up......this time one week. Go figure.
